To register, please complete and email, fax or mail the Conference Registration Form below to
the Conference Secretariat.

Please register at your earliest convenience so that we can prepare your conference materials
in advance. Each participant should use a separate registration form.Registration will not be confirmed
until the registration fee has been received by the Conference Secretariat. Papers will only be accepted
for presentation and publication when the registration fee has been paid.
On Sunday, September 4, the Conference Registration Desk will be open for check-in at the Corpus
Christi College, Oxford University, from 18:00 to 21:00. At the same time and location, an opening
(informal) get-together with cash bar and snacks will be held.
A Registration and Delegate Information Desk will be run in the Examination Schools for the
duration of the conference.

The registration fee includes:
- participation at all scientific sessions,
- badge and satchel with all conference documents,
- a published copy of the conference proceedings,

When paying by BACS (bank) transfer, please ensure you clearly indicate your name and the
reference ICRM2005. Bank transfers must be made net of all bank charges and commission.
In order to qualify for the reduced registration fee, the remittance must be received
by July 5, 2005. After this date, the higher rate will be charged. A Registration Form submitted
without payment will not constitute registration.
